How to enter Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD OT-8008D Recovery Mode and Hard reset.

Recovery Mode Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD OT-8008D

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP key + Power Key about 10 seconds
3. Release Power key only when you see Alcatel logo
4. Keep pressing Volume Up until Recovery mode appears
5. Use Volume key to select Menu
6. Use Power key to Confirm

Hard reset Alcatel One Touch Scribe HD OT-8008D

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data.

1. this is not working for my alcatel one touche scribe 8008D. what can i do please because i receive ”unfortunately settings has stopped ” and my phone reboot all the time.
