How to enter Alcatel Idol 3 Recovery Mode and Hard reset.

Recovery Mode Alcatel Idol 3

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP key + Power Key about 10 seconds
3. Release all key when you see Android System Recovery
4. Use Volume key to select Menu
5. Use Power key to Confirm

Hard reset Alcatel Idol 3

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset with Volume key
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data with volume key, press power key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset, press power key to confirm

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered.

   I have a mobile Alcatel idol3 6045y Androoid ver. 5
   when I update the system to ver.6 happen a problem .
   The problem is when i recieve a telephon or call any body and end the calling, then the mobile is not responding and freeze untel restart the mobile.

   please I want to return to ver. 5 or any solution to finish the problem.

   I am in germany osnabrück and the mobile bought from aldi markt

   please answer me

   • I can only suggest you to flash your device with stock ROM firmware.

2. Idol 3 is stuck in recovery mode and I don’t want to reset it or do anything I just want to go back. How do I get out of Android recovery

   • is that removable battery? you can remove and re insert it. then restart your device

3. i locked my sims card and trying to unlock on my phone
