How to Flash TWRP 3.6.2_12-0 EROFS for Poco X3 NFC ( Surya ) By brigudav. Changelog: Support EROFS (need support from ROM & kernel), Notes: Decryption on A12.1 ROMs is fully working, You can use on non-EROFS ROMs, but this doesn’t make any sense, Only for POCO X3/NFC. Use it at your own risk! Follow the instruction carefully and Make sure to backup all your important data!
Download: TWRP 3.6.2_12-0 EROFS for Poco X3 NFC
- The bootloader must be unlocked, If not watch this video https://youtu.be/H_gNrIWftIU
- Download TWRP: twrp-3.6.2_12-0-surya-erofs.img copy to your adb folder to make it easy and I renamed it to twrp362suryaerofs.img
- Download Dynamic_VFED_20210620.zip
- Download Magisk: Magisk.apk or latest, rename it to Magisk.zip, you can copy it to external recommended. You need install magisk to make TWRP installed permanently on your phone.
Install Instructions: TWRP 3.6.2 12-0 for Poco X3 NFC
- Enter Fastboot Mode: Turn power off, Press and hold Volume Down + Power key until Fastboot mode appears
- Open CMD command, run as Administrator
- enter adb folder ( cd adb folder )
- Connect phone to computer
- type “fastboot flash recovery twrp362suryaerofs.img”
- Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
- Select Reboot – Recovery
- Done
How to flash rom using TWRP 3.6.2_12-0 EROFS
- Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
- Select Wipe – Advanced ( Dalvik, Cache, Data ), Swipe to wipe
- Select Install – select rom.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Select Wipe – Format Data – type “yes” and confirm
- Select Install – select Dynamic_VFED_20210620.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Flash Magisk (Optional, or install after first boot)
- Flash FW (Optional if you want another variant)
- Select Reboot – System
Root Instructions if necessary
- Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
- Select Install – select Magisk.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Select Reboot – System
- Connect Phone to Internet
- Install Magisk app and Open it. Magisk will ask to do additional setups. Let it do its job and the app will automatically reboot your device.
- Done

Enter TWRP Recovery
You can enter TWRP recovery with 2 methods: via adb command by type “adb reboot recovery” and by pressing keys combinations ( Turn power off, press and hold volume up + Power key, when POCO logo appears release power key, keep pressing volume until TWRP recovery appears )
