1. Your phone must be Installed TWRP FBE v2. If not, you can read How to Install TWRP 3.7.0 12-2 FBEv2/FBEv1 Android 12/13 for Poco X3 Update: 20221127
2. Download ubports-installer_0.10.0_win_x64.exe
3. Download miui_SURYAGlobal_V12.0.9.0.QJGMIXM_7f83537667_10.0.zip

Install Instructions Ubuntu Touch Version 10

STEP 1: Install MIUI 10

1. Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
2. Select Wipe – Format Data – type “yes” and confirm
3. Select Install – select miui_SURYAGlobal_V12.0.9.0.QJGMIXM_7f83537667_10.0.zip,  Swipe to confirm Flash
4. Select Reboot – System
5. Setup the Phone

STEP 2:

1. Activating Developer Options
2. Enable USB Debugging
3. Connect Phone to Computer

STEP 3:

1. Open ubports-installer_0.10.0_win_x64.exe ( ONLY WORKS IN WINDOWS 10, TESTED ON WINDOWS 10 PRO )
2. Phone will ask for confirming  Allow USB Debugging: Checked “Always allow from this computer” then tap OK
3. Confirm “unlock your device” screen by clicking “My device is unlocked”
4. Click Install
5. Installation options screen: checked “Wipe user data’ and “Bootstrap” options then click OK
6. The phone will rebooting to FASTBOOT mode
7. Rebooting again to FASTBOOTD ( UBports recovery ), just wait you don’t need do anything ( Firmaware is flashing )
8. After flashing firmware finished, the phone will rebooting to system, you will see ubuntu touch logo

STEP 4: Setup the Phone

1. Setup the phone: Follow the instructions to setup the phone
2. Done!

Ubuntu Touch OS will replaced TWRP recovery with UB Recovery.  You can flash TWRP recovery if you want from FASTBOOT MODE:

1. Enter fastboot mode ( turn off the phone, press and hold Volume down + Power key )
2. Connect the phone to Computer
3. Open CMD and run as administrator
4. go to ADB or Platform-tools ( make sure twrp recovery img in this folder )
5. type: fastboot flash recovery [twrp recovery name].img
6. press and hold volume up + power key to enter TWRP Recovery

You can enter TWRP recovery with 2 methods: via adb command by type “adb reboot recovery” and by pressing keys combinations ( Turn power off, press and hold volume up + Power key, when POCO logo appears release power key, keep pressing volume until TWRP recovery appears )
