How to enter Sony Xperia Z3 D6633 Recovery Mode, Hard reset, Fastboot mode and Pattern lock recovery.

Recovery Mode Sony Xperia Z3 D6633

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP + Volume Down Key
3. then Press and hold Power key while pressing these keys
4. Release all key when you see Android logo
5. then press Camera key to enter Android System Recovery
6. Use Volume key to select Menu
7. Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu

Fastboot Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key
3. Connect the USB Cable to the Sony Xperia Device
4. You are in the Fastboot mode now!

Hard reset Sony Xperia Z3 D6633 using External Hardware Keys

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Hard reset via Settings menu

1. Open Settings menu from home screen or Apps
2. Select Backup & reset option
3. Tap to select Factory Data Reset
4. tap Reset Phone.
5. tap Erase Everything
6. tap OK to confirm.

Alternative to hard reset Sony Xperia using Flashtool and using Sony PC Companion

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.  If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.

     then Press and hold Power key while pressing these keys
     Release all key when you see Android logo
     then press Camera key to enter Android System Recovery

     Try it, I have edit it… old post ( Press camera key then release all key, It should be release all key then press camera key )
