How to Fix Boot Loop After Upgrade Samsung Android Devices. Boot Loop comes after you upgraded or updated your Samsung firmware but this is not happened to all of Samsung devices after update their firmwares. If you got this case, don’t be panic.
It really easy to solve it. You only need to do factory reset or hard reset your device using external hardware keys. Remember you can not perform a hard reset from Settings menu because you can not enter the system normally.
How to hard reset your Samsung device using external hardware keys. Most of Samsung Android device have the same way to perform a hard reset. First, you need to enter Recovery Mode ( Android System Recovery ) by pressing combination of the keys together.
If you can not turn power off normally or the battery is non removable, you can do force shut down: Press and hold volume down key + Home key ( Bixby key ), while pressing these keys press and hold power key. Release all keys when the screen goes blank.
Entering Samsung Devices Recovery Mode:
- Turn off the device ( doing force shutdown if you can turn power off normally or the battery is non removable )
- Press and hold Volume UP key + Home Key
- While pressing these keys then press and hold Power key for a while
- Release all key when Android or Samsung logo appear then you will see Android System Recovery
- Use Volume keys to select Menu
- Use Power key to Confirm
- In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
- Press Power key to confirm
- Select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
- select Reboot system now to finish hard reset
Perform a hard reset will fix your Boot Loop. I often do this when got boot loop. So don’t be panic, that you need to do is entering Recovery Mode and perform a hard reset.
Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.

what is “Flashing the ROM with the stock firmware”/?.. how to do it? my j7 2016 struck and not respond . what to do? please tell me the procedure.
Flashing ROM with stock rom is install your device with Original android firmware ( original operating system ), it will erase all data on your device and your device sofware like the first time you buy. All settings will be factory default settings. Could you tell me what exact your samsung model number? I will give you the match link for how to flash this rom. The model number is important to flash this ROM, incompatible firmware will brick the device.

Hi Kireina,
I tried to load Stock rom in my Samsung Galaxy J2 SM-J210F, The styock rom was successfully installed but the phone is stuck in a bootloop, Even after i did hard reset using the Power+Vol Up+Home key and executing factory reset , the problem of bootloop is there. The details are mentioned below:
Firmware : J210FDDU0AQC1_J210FODD0AQC1_INS.zip
Phone Model: Samsung SM-J210F
Issue: Stuck in Bootloop, Samsung logo appears then again phone reboots.
before flash the ROM you must extract the zip file. Now, extract the ZIP file then try to flash the ROM again and also make sure you use the right firmware that match with your model number
thank you soo much it worked 🙂
thank you
