HTC Desire 310

How to enter HTC Desire 310 Recovery Mode and Hard Reset.

Recovery Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume key about 3 seconds then press Power Key about 10 seconds
3. Release all key when you see Android logo
4. Now you are in Android System Recovery mode
5. Use Volume down to scroll and Volume Up key to confirm

Hard reset HTC Desire 310

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Volume up key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press Volume up key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Warning! Make sure to back up your important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.

1. but after hard set my phone isn’t opening its just showing the htc screen.. now what to do to solve the problem

   • After perform a hard reset, the phone needs more time for booting. If there is boot loop, try to perform a hard reset again or you can remove the battery for a few minutes and reinsert it.
