Download ArrowOS for Redmi 3S
- Your phone must be Installed Custom Recovery. If not, you can read How to Install TWRP on Redmi 3S
- Download Arrow-v12.0-land-UNOFFICIAL-20220118-VANILLA.zip
- Download BiTGApps-arm64-12.0.0-R44_signed.zip or latest ( if necessary )
- Copy ROM to SD Card ( Recommended )
TIPS: To Avoid fail when flashing ROM
Extract the ROM, go to folder “\META-INF\com\google\android”. Use notepad++ to edit file “updater-script” and remove this line below:

then Save it. Then compress it to zip file.
Install Instructions ArrowOS for Redmi 3S
- If you come from Stock ROM: Enter TWRP recovery: Turn Power off, Press and hold Volume Up + Power key for a while, when yellow menu screen appears select Recovery on the next screen select OK, you should in TWRP recovery
- If you come from custom ROM: Enter TWRP recovery: Turn power off, Press and hold volume UP + volume DOWN + Power Key together, when Mi logo appears release Power key only and keep pressing volume keys until TWRP recovery appears.
- Select Wipe – Format Data – type “yes” and confirm
- Select Wipe – Advanced ( Dalvik, Cache, Data, System ), Swipe to wipe
- Select Install – select Arrow-v12.0-land-UNOFFICIAL-20220118-VANILLA.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Select Reboot – System
How to Install GApps ( if necessary )
- Enter TWRP recovery: Turn power off, Press and hold volume UP + volume DOWN + Power Key together, when Mi logo appears release Power key only and keep pressing volume keys until TWRP recovery appears.
- Select Install – select BiTGApps-arm64-12.0.0-R44_signed.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
- Select Reboot – System
How to Root ( if necessary )
- Enter TWRP recovery: Turn power off, Press and hold volume UP + volume DOWN + Power Key together, when Mi logo appears release Power key only and keep pressing volume keys until TWRP recovery appears.
- Install Magisk-v24.1.zip or latest
- Reboot to System
- Connect Phone to Internet
- Install Magisk app and Open it. Magisk will ask to do additional setups. Let it do its job and the app will automatically reboot your device.
- Done
