How to install ArrowOS v11 on Poco X3 NFC (Surya) last update: 20210616.  ArrowOS is an AOSP based project started with the aim of keeping things simple, clean and neat. Added just the right and mostly used stuff that will be actually USEFUL at the end of the day, aiming to deliver smooth performance with better battery life. Download and Terms

  1. Your phone must be Installed Custom Recovery. If not, you can read How to Install TWRP 3.5.2 Xiaomi POCO X3 NFC – Permanent
  2. Download Arrow-v11.0-surya-OFFICIAL-20210616-VANILLA.zip
  3. Download fw_surya A11 or latest : fw_surya_miui_SURYAGlobal_V12.0.1.0.RJGMIXM_95126259ea_11.0.zip
  4. Download latest open_gapps-arm64-11.0-nano-20210130-TEST.zip ( if necessary )
  5. Copy ROM to SD Card ( Recommended )

ArrowOS v11 Install Instructions on POCO X3 NFC:

  1. Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
  2. First Important Step is to Backup (though depends on you if you wanna be safe or no )
  3. Select Wipe – Advanced ( Dalvik, Cache, Data ), Swipe to wipe
  4. Select Install – select fw_surya_miui_SURYAGlobal_V12.0.1.0.RJGMIXM_95126259ea_11.0.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
  5. Select Install – select Arrow-v11.0-surya-OFFICIAL-20210616-VANILLA.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
  6. Select Wipe – Format Data – type “yes” and confirm ( Optional )
  7. Select Reboot – System
  8. Setup the Phone

Enter TWRP Recovery

You can enter TWRP recovery with 2 methods: via adb command by type “adb reboot recovery” and by pressing keys combinations ( Turn power off, press and hold volume up + Power key, when POCO logo appears release power key, keep pressing volume until TWRP recovery appears )
