How to flash TWRP 3.7.0 12-2 FBEv2/FBEv1 Android 12/13 for Poco X3 Update: 20221127. It developed By @brigudav and UNOFFICIAL Release. Changelog: rebuilt it again, tested on 4 firmware with different types of encryption, as well as on MIUI, identified and solved all the problems. At the moment, this is almost a universal twrp.

2. Download TWRP: twrp-3.7.0_12-2-surya-27.11.img copy to your adb folder to make it easy, you can rename it as you like
3. Download Magisk If you want to root it: Magisk apk or latest rename it to Magisk.zip

Install Instructions: TWRP 3.7.0 12-2 for Poco X3 NFC

In Stock ROM

1. Make sure the bootloader unlocked
2. Enable USB Debugging in Developer Options
3. Enter Fastboot Mode: Turn power off, Press and hold Volume Down + Power key until Fastboot mode appears
4. Open CMD command, run as Administrator
5. enter adb folder ( cd adb folder )
6. Connect phone to computer
7. type “fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.7.0_12-2-surya-27.11.img”
8. Disconnect Phone from computer
9. Enter TWRP Recovery first time: Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
10. Install Magisk.zip or latest ( to make TWRP permanent )
11. Select Reboot – System
12. Done

In Custom ROM

1. Enter Fastboot Mode: Turn power off, Press and hold Volume Down + Power key until Fastboot mode appears
2. Open CMD command, run as Administrator

4. Connect phone to computer
5. type “fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.7.0_12-2-surya-27.11.img”
6. Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
7. Install Magisk.zip or latest ( to make TWRP permanent )
8. Select Reboot – System

How to flash rom

• Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
• Select Wipe – Advanced ( Dalvik, Cache, Data ), Swipe to wipe
• Select Install – select rom.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
• Select Wipe – Format Data – type “yes” and confirm
• Select Reboot – System

Root Instructions if necessary

• Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
• Select Install – select Magisk.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
• Select Reboot – System
• Connect Phone to Internet
• Install Magisk app and Open it. Magisk will ask to do additional setups. Let it do its job and the app will automatically reboot your device.
• Done

Enter TWRP Recovery

You can enter TWRP recovery with 2 methods: via adb command by type “adb reboot recovery” and by pressing keys combinations ( Turn power off, press and hold volume up + Power key, when POCO logo appears release power key, keep pressing volume until TWRP recovery appears )
