TWRP 3.7.0 for Samsung Galaxy A50 A505x Update: 20221026. TWRP 3.7.0 is built by TenSeventy7, No need reboot recovery for rooting and Restarting phone will not lose rooting. It may be works for SM-A505F, SM-A505FN, SM-A505G, SM-A505GN but tested on SM-A505F variant only, let me know if it works for other variants. Use it at your own risk! Flash Instructions: TWRP 3.7.0 for Samsung Galaxy A50

    1. Make sure the bootloader are unlocked, OEM unlock option is grey out
    2. Enter Download Mode : Turn Power Off. Press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down key together, while pressing these keys, connect the phone to computer, then press volume up once.
    3. Open ODIN, IMPORTANT!: Uncheck “Auto Reboot” in Options!
    4. Flashing TWRP_v3.7.0-Unofficial_a50-1666700564.tar as AP in ODIN, then click start.
    5. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! Don’t remove USB Cable, let it connected. Press and hold Volume Down + Power Key, when the screen blank quickly press and hold Volume Up + Power key, when yellow tri-angel appears release power key only, keep pressing volume up until TWRP Recovery Mode appears
    6. Copy multidisabler-samsung-3.1.zip to phone, ignore this if you copied to SD Card
    7. Select Install – select multidisabler-samsung-3.1.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
    8. Select Wipe -> Format data, type ‘yes’ and confirm
    9. Select Reboot to Recovery or System
    10. Done

Notes / Warning!

  1. Use at your own risk, I’m not responsible for bricking your device.
  2. The flashable TWRP is only for Android 11 OneUI
  3. Using the incorrect file may brick your device.
  4. If your target device has a custom firmware flash counter, Rooting will trigger it. If you’re lucky, Triangle Away has support for your device and can be used to reset the counter.
  5. If you have a KNOX-enabled device, Rooting will trip the KNOX WARRANTY VOID status !
  6. If your device storage is encrypted, Rooting will wipe your data !
  7. If you have locked bootloaders, flashing one of these will probably brick your device – with the exception of Nexus devices, which will usually automatically “OEM unlock” and wipe your data !
  8. Make sure to backup your important data before root it.
