How to recover Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual SIM to Factory Settings and Hard reset.

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and release Power key
3. Press and hold Volume Down key until the Exclamation (!) logo appears
4. Then press and release Volume Up key
5. Press and release Volume Down key
6. Press and release Power key
7. Last press and release Volume Down key.
8. Finish!

3. select Reset your phone
