How to enter Acer Liquid Zest Recovery Mode, Hard Reset (Wipe) and Pattern Unlock.

Recovery Mode Acer Liquid Zest

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Power key for a few seconds
3. Release only Volume Down key when device vibrates then press Volume UP key
4. Release all key when you see Boot Mode
5. Select Recovery option using Volume Up key and press Volume Down key to confirm
6. Press POwer key when android image appears to enter Recovery Mode
7. Use Volume down to scroll and POwer key to confirm

Hard reset Acer Liquid Zest using External Keys ( remove your forgotten pattern unlock )

1. In Recovery Mode, Use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset
2. Press Power key to confirm selection
3. Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data
4. Press power key to confirm selection
5. Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now
6. Press Power key to confirm selection

Hard reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything
8. Select Ok

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.
