How to enter Vivo Xplay5 Recovery Mode, Hard reset (Wipe) and Remove forgotten unlock Pattern.

Recovery Mode Vivo Xplay5

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Up and Power key about 3-5 seconds
3. When the phone vibrates then Release all keys
4. Use Volume keys to select Menu
5. Use Power key to Confirm

Hard reset Vivo Xplay5 using External Keys ( remove your forgotten pattern unlock )

1. In Recovery Mode, Use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset
2. Press Power key to confirm selection
3. Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data
4. Press power key to confirm selection
5. Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now
6. Press Power key to confirm selection

Hard reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything
8. Select Ok

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.
