Alcatel Idol 2 mini OT-6016A

How to enter Alcatel Idol 2 mini OT-6016A Recovery Mode, Fastboot mode and Hard reset.

Recovery Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP key + Power Key about 10 seconds
3. Release all key when you see Android logo
4. Select preferred language
5. Use Volume key to select Menu
6. Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu

Fastboot Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key, then press Power Key
3. Connect the device to the computer and release Volume Down key

Hard reset Alcatel Idol 2 mini OT-6016A

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data.

1. my mobile is alcatel idol mini im trying to hard reset my phone and then select wipe all data my phone was shut down when i’ll turn on my phone was black out but the was appear, i think all data has deleted, can u help me how to install firmware all data to my phone, tnx..
