How to enter Alcatel One Touch Evo7 HD Recovery Mode, Hard reset / Wipe and Remove forgotten Unlock Pattern.
Recovery Mode Alcatel One Touch Evo7 HD
- Turn off the device
- Press and hold Volume UP key + Power Key
- Release Power key only when you see “Alcatel one touch” and hold Volume Up. Release Volume Up key when you see Android logo.
- Wait for a few seconds and press Power key, when pressing it press Volume Up. Then you will see Recovery Mode.
- Use Volume key to select Menu
- Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu
Hard reset Alcatel One Touch Evo7 HD
- In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
- press Power key to confirm
- select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
- select Reboot system now to finish hard reset
Hard reset using Settings Menu
- Turn on the device
- Select Apps
- Select Settings
- Select Backup and reset
- Select Factory data reset
- Select Reset device
- Select Erase Everything
- Select Ok
Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.

Hi I have Alcatel one touch evo7 HD . I tried your method and other methods from other websites . I could not reset at all . It seem these key ( power , up , down ) don’t work on this mood . Please help me .
Hi, try this method:
Turn off the device
Press and hold Volume UP key + Power Key about 10 seconds
Release all key when you see android image
Press Volume Up and Power key for a several times to Enter Recovery Mode.
