Alcatel One Touch T10

How to enter Alcatel One Touch T10 Recovery Mode, Hard reset / Wipe and Remove forgotten unlock Pattern.

Recovery Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Power Key about 10 seconds
3. Release all key when you see Android Logo
4. Press Volume Up key + Power keys (simultaneously press) 3 times or more until Android System Recovery (Recovery Mode) show up.
5. Use Volume key to select Menu
6. Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu

Hard reset Alcatel One Touch T10

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Hard reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything
8. Select Ok

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.  If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.

1. once i press the volume key and volume key, the next screen appears is the android icon and its stomach is open and no other option showed or selection.. please help me thanks
