How to enter Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2 Recovery Mode, Hard reset / Wipe and Recovery Forgotten Unlock Pattern.

Recovery Mode Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Up key + Power Key together
3. When the device vibrates, release the Power key.
4. When the Android system recovery menu displays, release the Volume keys.
5. Use the Volume up/down key to highlight your preferred language.
6. Use Volume key to select Menu
7. Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu

Hard reset Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2 using External Hardware keys

1. In Recovery Mode, Use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset
2. Press Power key to confirm selection
3. Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data
4. Press power key to confirm selection
5. Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now
6. Press Power key to confirm selection

Hard reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.

1. I am trying to perform a hard reset on my phone which is a alcatel one touch fierce 2, I press the volume up and power keys, but unfortunately, the hard reset menu does not show up, even when I release the power button. Help, please!
