- Turn off the device
- Press and hold Volume Up key and Power key about a few seconds
- Release all keys when logo appears on the screen
- You should in Android Recovery Mode
- Use Volume keys to select Menu
- Use Power key to Confirm
Hard reset Gigaset GS370 using External Keys ( remove your forgotten pattern unlock )
- In Recovery Mode, Use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset
- Press Power key to confirm selection
- Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data
- Press power key to confirm selection
- Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now
- Press Power key to confirm selection
