How to enter Gionee Dream D1 Recovery Mode, Hard reset / Wipe and Remove forgotten unlock Pattern.

Recovery Mode Gionee Dream D1

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP key + Power key for a while
3. Release all key when you see  Android logo
4. To enter Recovery mode, press and release Power key for a while
5. Use Volume Down key to select Menu
6. Use Volume Up key to Confirm

Hard reset Gionee Dream D1 using External Hardware keys

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Volume Up key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press Volume Up key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Hard reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything
8. Select Ok

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.  If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.
