How to enter LG L40 Dual D170 Emergency Mode and Hard reset.

Emergency Mode

1. First Run LG PC Suite
2. Turn the device power off without USB Cable connected
3. Connect USB Cable wait LG logo and battery animation appears
4. Then press Volume up key + Power key about 6-7  seconds
5. Wait LG logo appears then the screen will turn off
6. Then Press Volume Up key + Power key about 5 seconds
7. The driver will be installed, Emergency Mode will appears.

Hard reset LG L40 Dual D170

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Power Key about 6-7 seconds
3. Release Power key when LG logo appear
4. When still pressing Volume Down key, press Power key one more
5. Release Volume down key when Factory Data Reset menu appears
6. Use Volume key to select “Yes”
7. Pres Power key to confirm.

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data
