Motorola Milestone 3 XT860

How to enter Motorola Milestone 3 XT860 Recovery Mode, Hard reset (Wipe) and Remove forgotten unlock Pattern.

Recovery Mode Motorola Milestone 3 XT860

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Volume Up key + Power key
3. Release all key when you see Android logo
4. Then Press Home key to enter Recovery mode
5. Use Volume Down key to select Menu
6. Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu

Hard reset Motorola Milestone 3 XT860 from external hardware key

1. In Recovery Mode, use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset
2. Press Power key to confirm
3. Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data
4. Press power key to confirm
5. Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now
6. Press power key to confirm

Hard reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything
8. Select Ok

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.
