How to enter Oppo Neo 5s Recovery Mode and Hard reset.

Recovery Mode Oppo Neo 5s

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Power Key
3. Release Power key when Oppo logo appear and keep pressing Volume down key
4. Release Volume down key when Language menu appears
5. Select english with Volume key and confirm with Power key

Hard reset Oppo Neo 5s

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data and cache using Volume down key
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes with Volume Down key and press Power key to confirm
4. Select Reboot on Oppo Recovery mode
5. select Yes and press Power key to confirm.

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. the data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset.

1. Hi Guys. Please help me for my problem. When I turn on my OPPO NEO5, the logo appers but it will never undergo up to the menu. It will stop in the logo, and turn off on their own and back to the logo in the opening update. What will I do, so that I can open my phone up to the menu … ?

   • Did you try to hard reset from external hardware keys?
