my SM-G960W phone has somehow locked me out, when I turn it on I get a small “box” date and time, plus in the box”no weather data” and below that “swipe to unlock” with a locked padlock symbol, below that outside the box it says “swipe to unlock, when I swipe it asks for a password. I do not know any password that would help me. I have tried everything I can think of. Any ideas that may/would help me?
