How to enter Sony Xperia Z2a D6563 Recovery mode, Fastboot mode and Hard reset
Recovery Mode
- Turn power off the Sony Xperia
- Press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down button
- then Hold and press the Power button about 10 seconds
- Release all keys when you see an Android logo appear
- Press the Camera key to enter the Android system recover mode
- use Volume keys to select options
- use Power key to confirm.
Fastboot mode
- Turn off power off by pressing Power key
- Press and hold Volume Down key
- Connect the Xperia to USB Cable
- Done!
Hard reset Sony Xperia Z2a D6563
- In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
- press Power key to confirm
- select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
- select Reboot system now to finish hard reset
Hard reset via Settings menu
- Open Settings menu from home screen or Apps
- Select Backup & reset option
- Tap to select Factory Data Reset
- tap Reset Phone.
- tap Erase Everything
- tap OK to confirm.
Alternative to hard reset Sony Xperia using Flashtool and using Sony PC Companion
Make to backup your important data! Performed a hard reset will erase all data and restore it to factory default setting. The data can not be recovered!

I triyed all the ways I went to sony service center as well….pls help to do am able to access guest user but am unable to make calls…but am able to receive the calls…pls tell me the way to do unlock my phone
You have no choice except hard reset your device. It will erase all your data. Try to hard reset your device using Sony PC Companion software.
