How to enter Sony Xperia Z3 D6616 Recovery Mode, Fastboot mode and How to Hard reset it.

Recovery Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP + Volume Down Key
3. then Press and hold Power key while pressing these keys
4. then press Camera key to enter Android System Recovery
5. Release all key when you see Android icon
6. Use Volume key to select Menu
7. Use Power key to Confirm or Execute Menu

Fastboot Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key
3. Connect the USB Cable to the Sony Xperia Device
4. You are in the Fastboot mode now!

Hard reset Sony Xperia Z3 D6616

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Hard reset via Settings menu

1. Open Settings menu from home screen or Apps
2. Select Backup & reset option
3. Tap to select Factory Data Reset
4. tap Reset Phone.
5. tap Erase Everything
6. tap OK to confirm.
