Vivo V7

How to enter Vivo V7 Recovery Mode, Hard reset, Soft reset (Wipe) and Remove forgotten unlock Pattern. We can do it with 2 ways by pressing combinations of external hardware keys and from Settings menu.

Recovery Mode Vivo V7

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Up key and Power key about a few seconds ( 10 seconds )
3. When Vivo logo appears release Power and When Recovery Mode appears release Volume Up key.
4. Use Volume keys to select Menu
5. Use Power key to Confirm

Hard reset Vivo V7 using External Keys ( remove your forgotten pattern unlock )

1. In Recovery Mode, select “Wipe data” three times. Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to accept it.
2. Then choose “OK” by using same keys as before.
3. Use Volume keys to select “Back” and press the Power key once.
4. When Recovery Mode appears use Volume keys to choose “Reboot system” and click the Power button to accept that.

Soft reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything
8. Select Ok

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.

1. Hi, I’m using Vivo V7 and my problem;
   1) forgot phone lock pin
   2) Tried to wipe data and only two times then the phone come out asking the phone pin lock
   3) try to answer question also cannot verify the answer
   (I wrote down the answer for reference)
   so many times repeat the same way but in half way asking the phone pin lock.
   I decide to format the phone…
   Please advise…

   • If you forgot your pin lock, I sugges you to format it.. there is no way to unlock it without the pin
