ZTE Avid Plus Z828

How to enter ZTE Avid Plus Z828 Recovery Mode, Hard reset (Wipe) and Remove forgotten unlock Pattern.

Recovery Mode ZTE Avid Plus Z828

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold power key about 1-2 seconds then quickly press and hold Volume Up key
3. Release all key when Boot mode menu appears
4. Use Volume up key to select Recovery mode option and press Volume down key to confirm selection
5. When android logo appears, Press and release Volume up key and power key at the same time to enter Recovery Mode menu.
6. Use Volume keys to select Menu
7. Use Power key to Confirm

Hard reset ZTE Avid Plus Z828 using External Keys ( remove your forgotten pattern unlock )

1. In Recovery Mode, Use Volume keys to select wipe data / factory reset
2. Press Power key to confirm selection
3. Use Volume keys to select Yes — delete all user data
4. Press power key to confirm selection
5. Use Volume keys to select Reboot system now
6. Press Power key to confirm selection

Hard reset using Settings Menu

1. Turn on the device
2. Select Apps
3. Select Settings
4. Select Backup and reset
5. Select Factory data reset
6. Select Reset device
7. Select Erase Everything

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data. The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern unlock.
