ZTE Grand X Max

How to enter ZTE Grand X Max Recovery Mode, FTM mode, Download mode and Hard reset.

Recovery Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Up key + Power key about 10 seconds
3. Release all keys when Android System Recovery appears
4. Use Volume key to select Menu
5. Use Power key to Confirm

FTM Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Power key simultaneously
3. Release all keys when “FTM” message appears

Download Mode

1. Turn off the device
2. Remove the memory card from the device
3. Press and hold Volume Down key + Volume Up key simultaneously
4. then Press and hold Power key until the device completely freezes.

Hard reset ZTE Grand X Max

1. In Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
2. press Power key to confirm
3. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
4. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset

Warning! If you perform a hard reset, make sure to back up important data.

1. Does anyone have the Cricket Wireless original rom for the ZTE grand X Max+ so that it can be restored within the recovery panel? I can’t get mine to boot up and I need a recovery image. If you see this please help and if you can please send me an email thank you: michaeldeanstigers@gmail.com
