How to Install LineageOS 18.1 MIUI 12.5 for Poco X3 NFC (Surya) Android 11 ( MIUI 12.5 vendor based ). LineageOS 18.1 MIUI 12.5 is built based on MIUI 12.5 Vendor. First release 2021-08-01 By @SawaMEN. Changelog: Sync LOS source, Update Kernel and Vendor 12.5.1 and some other improvements. LineageOS is an operating system for smartphones, tablet computers, and set-​top boxes, based on Android with mostly free and open-source software. Download and Terms

1. Your phone must be Installed Custom Recovery. If not, you can read How to Install TWRP 3.5.2 Xiaomi POCO X3 NFC – Permanent
2. Download lineage-18.1-20210801-UNOFFICIAL-surya.zip
3. Download vendor_SURYAGlobal_V12.5.1.0.RJGMIXM_e3b8205e7f_11.0.zip
4. Download latest open_gapps-arm64-11.0-nano-20210130-TEST.zip ( if necessary )
5. Download Magisk: Magisk-v23.0.apk or latest rename it to Magisk-v23.0.zip ( if necessary )
6. Copy ROM to SD Card ( Recommended )

LineageOS 18.1 Install Instructions on POCO X3 NFC:

1. Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn Power off, Press and Hold Volume Up + Power key, When POCO logo appears release Power key only, keep pressing Volume Up until TWRP Recovery appears.
2. First Important Step is to Backup (though depends on you if you wanna be safe or no )
3. Select Wipe – Advanced ( Dalvik, Cache, Data ), Swipe to wipe
4. Select Install – select vendor_SURYAGlobal_V12.5.1.0.RJGMIXM_e3b8205e7f_11.0.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
5. Select Install – select lineage-18.1-20210801-UNOFFICIAL-surya.zip, Swipe to confirm Flash
6. Select Wipe – Format Data – type “yes” and confirm ( Optional )
7. Select Reboot – System
8. Setup the Phone

Install GApps if necessary

• Enter TWRP Recovery Mode: Turn power off, Connect the phone with a USB cable, Press and hold Volume Up + Power Key until TWRP Recovery Mode Appears.
• Select Install – select open_gapps-arm64-11.0-nano-20210130-TEST.zip Swipe to confirm Flash
• Select Reboot – System

Root Instructions if necessary

• Enter TWRP Recovery
• Install Magisk
• Reboot to System
• Connect Phone to Internet
• Install Magisk app and Open it. Magisk will ask to do additional setups. Let it do its job and the app will automatically reboot your device.
• Done

Enter TWRP Recovery

You can enter TWRP recovery with 2 methods: via adb command by type “adb reboot recovery” and by pressing keys combinations ( Turn power off, press and hold volume up + Power key, when POCO logo appears release power key, keep pressing volume until TWRP recovery appears )
