Tabs S2 T817T 6.01 got stuck at boot logo
try to hard reset it
It didn’t root his device. We got stuck at the boot logo just as Alonso did, and we performed a hard reset. We also have the SM-T817T on 6.0.1
Since we couldn’t get into the factor recovery for the device we got into download mode and flashed TWRP on it with ODIN and performed a factory reset there. After that we were able to make it past the logo, however no root.
If you could install TWRP on it, the next step to root are install SuperSU 🙂
